Built Around the Sea
This house was designed by an architect who understood something simple: when you are this close to the Aegean, the architecture should be a frame for the view, not a competition with it.
Every room faces the water. The terrace extends the living space into the open air. The blue-painted timber echoes the sea. The terracotta tiles carry the warmth of the Mediterranean underfoot.
The Cycladic tradition teaches restraint — whitewashed walls, clean lines, natural materials. Here, that restraint serves a purpose: it lets the landscape do the talking.
This is not a designed experience. It is a house that happens to sit in one of the most beautiful places on the Attic coast, and was built to let you live inside that beauty.
